Custom pricing for teams. Self-hosted option available, with a commercial license (an alternative to AGPL v3) for modified self-hosted deployments. SSO, admin dashboard, dedicated support.

- If Sonabrief isn't right for you, email hello@sonabrief.com within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it, annual plans included. No forms, no friction.
- Anything older than your new plan's retention limit stays available for 30 more days, marked as expiring: time to export it or change your mind. After that it's removed. Your audio was never stored, so there's nothing else to clean up.
- Prices are shown without VAT. At checkout our payment provider, Polar, acts as merchant of record and applies the correct VAT for your country; your invoice includes it. Have a VAT number? Enter it at checkout.
- Monthly plans renew each month on your signup date. Annual plans renew once a year and include two months free. Cancel anytime from your account: the next charge stops and you keep access until the period ends.
- Accounts are personal. Multi-device is included on every plan, so you can use your own account across all your machines: it's for you, not for sharing access with others. For several people, Enterprise offers a proper multi-seat setup: get in touch.
- No. The Free plan is real, with unlimited local transcription: that already covers a lot. We'd rather keep pricing simple than run special cases.
